Please read them carefully so all matters can be addressed and sorted as a matter of importance for ALL parties interested and concerned.
Shipping & Handling
All orders placed with DELUGE POLY RAINWATER TANKS Pty Ltd will be processed as promptly as possible. Tanks will be placed into the manufacturing schedule and made WITHOUT a DEPOSIT.
When the Tank is ready and our Production or Logistics Manager/s has confirmed a delivery date DIRECT with you and then once a payment has been received in full & has cleared in our Bank Account, your order will be sent via our selected shipping & best practice method.
Shipping times may vary form 2 – 14 Days depending on Tank being locked into production schedule & where the Tank and or Pump is to be delivered & you are located. Depending on the shipping method ( be it a Contractors Truck, Fast-Way Couriers, Star Track and / or Australia Post for smaller items & accessories etc ) being used delivery time will alter.
Although ALL care is taken to securely pack your goods for transit, once your order is been passed on to a delivery service for delivery you agree that DELUGE POLY RAIN WATER TANKS Pty Ltd is no longer liable for any damage or loss that may arise during transit or delivery of any goods ordered unless the delivery charges include transit insurance. In that, NEVER have we seen nor had a claim.
Disputes
WE HATE DISPUTES and will do our level best so none ever arise. Might one pop its’ ugly head we promise to satisfy all cases so-long as reason & decency prevails. We won’t give you an argument and we don’t deserve one either please – the aim is to & will be to get all resolved.
For whatever strange reason should you have a grievance regarding the handling and /or delivery of any products purchased from DELUGE POLY RAIN WATER TANKS Pty Ltd please state your complaint in detailed writing and send it please via email to the details at the bottom of this page within 5 days of receiving your goods.
PLEASE – we at all times promise to be fair and transparent and so must you – or the matter halts.
Requirements for on-site deliveries
In many cases and particularly for larger Rural Tanks clear access for a Truck and Trailer combination which is 19m long, 3.5m wide and 5m high MUST be available.
If access is not provided or impossible, the driver will leave the tanks at the closet possible place.
As a guide line to assist the Driver we will need your assistance with a guide as follows :
Underdeck Water Tanks up 2,000 Litre – per piece
2,000 Litre per piece – 1 x Assistant plus Driver
500 – 1,000 Litre – 1 x Assistant plus Driver
2,000 – 3,000 Litre – 2 x Assistants plus Driver
5,000 Litre – 2 to 3 Assistants plus Driver
Modular – Round – Cylindrical Domestic & Rural Water Tanks up to:
500 Litres – 10,000 Litre – 1 x Assistant plus Driver
10,000 Litre – 23,000 Litre – 2 x Assistants plus Driver
